Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in business and /or performance analysis to build learning frameworks.
  • Learning Curriculum design
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Leadership curriculum design and management.
  • Blended learning methodology (including distance learning)
  • Performance consulting principles
  • Adult learning design principles & methodologies
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Evaluation of learning (Measure of business impact and ROI)
  • Learning needs analysis principles and process
