Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in business and /or performance analysis to build learning frameworks.
- Learning Curriculum design
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- At least 5 years’ experience in Leadership curriculum design and management.
- Blended learning methodology (including distance learning)
- Performance consulting principles
- Adult learning design principles & methodologies
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Evaluation of learning (Measure of business impact and ROI)
- Learning needs analysis principles and process
