Job Description:

As a key member of the recruiting team you will be interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure all interviews are scheduled in a timely manner. As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be overseeing the necessary verification checks within the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, gathering requirements from managers, and coordinating recruitment-related events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring team
- Build and maintain relationships with local universities to build a strong pipeline of junior candidates for Engineering graduate
- Coordinate events (internal and external) – liaise with event organisers, book and pay for events, notify attendees/participants, ensure swag is available when necessary, i.e Meetups, Career Fairs, webinars, open days,
- Partner with the Design team to create ad-creatives for LinkedIn and other social media
- Ensure a high-level of customer-orientation with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Gather scorecard, interview plan, and job ad from hiring managers and update accordingly in Greenhouse
- Research social media channels that will help recruiters attract quality and diverse candidates.
- Own and management TA Confluence page
- Conduct background checks – gather candidate’s required documentation, capture fingerprints, submit checks, alert recruiter of
Job Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in HR or Office Administration preferred
- Proactive thinker

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable
- Accurate planning, organization and business coordination skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Knowledge of Google suite, Jira, Greenhouse, BambooHR essential.
