Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Write assessment reports independently
- Prepare assessment folders for report writing and safe guarding of information
- Assess candidates in line with Health Professions Council of SA regulations (test administration and role-play observation, playing and evaluation)
- Provide assessment feedback to clients and candidates
- Ensure all material is prepared and systems are in place for the efficient running of the assessment process, face-to-face and virtually
- Liaising with HR Practitioners, Service Providers, candidates and line managers to ensure assessments and feedbacks take place at appropriate times and venues, as well as virtually
- Support Service Providers who administer Management Development Centres
Job Requirements:
- Discipline specific skills such as being certified in the use of psychometric instruments typically utilized by the City of Cape Town e.g. SHL’s OPQ and Cognadev’s CPP
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a registered Psychometrist. Experience should include behavioural evaluation, assessment administration, compilation of reports and feedback to management and candidates
- Honours in Industrial Psychology coupled with registration as a Psychometrist Independent Practice with the Health Professions Council of South Africa
