Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our multidisciplinary team as a Final Year and Graduate Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for caring for a caseload of scholars on our programme.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately capturing of any and all data pertaining to the scholars;
• Accurately tracking scholars’ academic, social and personal development;
• Quarterly writing of professional reports to provide feedback on scholar’s performance;
• Be able to operate within the budget and according to the established financial parameters and processes in place
• Assisting the team in planning, organising and attending functions or events for our scholars;
• All administrative tasks connected to coordinating and taking care of a group of scholars;
• Organising, booking and planning any practical or travel logistics for the scholars;
• Ensuring all educational and academic necessities are provided to the scholar in a timeous manner;

Job Requirements:

• Positive and professional communication skills across audiences, including the facilitation of workshops;
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology/Human Resources/Talent/Graduate Management, Education, Youth and/or Adult learning;
• Previous extensive experience in case management in a similar educational environment;
• Ability to manage and lead projects;
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships;
• A true multi-tasker able to work to set deadlines and priorities;
• Demonstrated programme design and development in the field of expertise;
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets;
• Demonstrates a focus on goals and deliverables;
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and influence positive outcomes;
• Extensive experience in the education and academic sector;
• High level of professionalism and adaptability
• A keen interest in relevant trends within the graduate landscape and hiring climate.
• Demonstrated mediation and crisis management experience; and
