Job Description:

Finding talent is at the heart of our business and we are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our global team. You will be working with a collaborative team across multiple countries. This is an exciting time to join as we are transforming the TA function to support the growth of our business. This position is based in South Africa with flexible, work from home options.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide hiring managers around best practice recruitment, embedding hiring processes, providing guidance and advise on routes to market
• Provide an engaging and ethical experience for candidates
• Source talent using direct sourcing methods with the best in class tools
• Providing market and data insight to help stakeholders make informed decisions about the hires they make
• Collaborating with onshore recruiters to meet recruitment demands
• Maintain an engaged candidate pipeline in line with our demand

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience using proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage talented individuals including (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Social Media, etc.)
• A recruitment background (agency or internal)
• Demonstrable experience of managing and prioritising high volumes of roles, whilst working to tight deadlines
