Job Description:

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of HR Project Coordinator. This full-time position is located at Hobby Lobby’s corporate campus in Oklahoma City. This position works closely with other members of the HR/Benefits/Leave/Legal Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing a broad range of administrative support responsibilities, including, but not limited to, creating and maintaining files (electronic and hard copy), preparing/distributing correspondence, performing research, compiling and analyzing data, etc.;
  • Communicating with all levels of an organization regarding administrative policy/protocol compliance;
  • Manage state poster compliance and assist in other compliance initiatives;
  • Responding to inquiries or redirecting inquiries to appropriate staff members; and,
  • Performing a wide range of additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Take direction and collaborate with Team Lead
  • Administering Form I-9 including updating work instructions and training materials, management call intake and guidance, weekly monitoring and compliance, and E-Verify case resolution;
  • Completing projects independently and/or as a project team member;
  • Engaging in team projects and fostering a collaborative environment;
