Job Description:

The Advertising Department at Hobby Lobby is looking to hire a Content Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have good writing, proofreading, communication and organizational skills. We are looking for candidates who work well in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work within web-based platforms for mobile app, social media and project management
  • Coordinate requests with the Advertising Digital Team
  • Work with other departments as needed
  • Monitor calendar schedules, provide follow up and meet deadlines
  • Work closely with other Content Coordinator
  • Coordinate, write and proofread advertising content for social media, email, website, mobile app and weekly ad
  • Secure appropriate approvals and reports as needed
  • Coordinate creative requests with the Creative/Art Department

Job Requirements:

  • Good writing, proofreading, organizational, planning, and troubleshooting skills
  • Be adaptable to changes and demonstrate flexibility with schedules
  • Able to work well with all levels of management and staff
  • Proven written and verbal skills
  • Highly resourceful with great follow through
  • Proficient in Social Media platforms, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software programs
  • Positive temperament and a servant attitude to work well with others
  • Team player that enjoys in everyone’s success
  • Work well under pressure with an excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication and multi-tasking skills
