Job Responsibilities:

• What we offer Day One Medical Eligibility, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K, Paid Vacations and much more!
• Set up and extrude to pellets and Operate Twin Screw to make pellets.
• Procedures for non-conforming material, perform inspection of the forklift before use every shift and maintain a clean work area with the 5-S program.

Job Requirements:

• Weigh-up make ready batches, using bulk, liquid and cures scales and Bulk Bag Stations.
• Operate Mixers to mix make readies, read and understand mixing instructions and inspect product using various methods and devices.
• Taking samples for testing, cut out finished batches on floor-water tanks and load into cages and run clean-outs in mixers between different batches.
