Job Responsibilities: Merchandises product effectively, using advanced knowledge and skills Uses suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and build department sales Interacts with vendors as needed Stocks / rotates items as needed Assists with inventory control to ensure in-stock conditions Maintains standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation Cleans / sanitizes sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment Properly handles and maintains the operation of all equipment Complies with departmental SOPs and store operating procedures Applies advanced knowledge of all current trends on a daily basis in beauty for hair care, skin care, and makeup Assists in the execution of the sampling, testing, and demos events to drive customer engagement Applies understanding of department financials and how to drive results Qualification & Experience: Minimum age 18 (mandatory) High school diploma (or equivalent) 1+ years of experience Completion of company orientation, safety training, and selling training Job Details: Company: H-E-B Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Spring, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
