Job Description:

Handly dealer phone calls; answer questions regarding funding.Meet daily, weekly and monthly productivity goals

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and fund retail installment contracts from automobile dealers
• Candidate will be required to learn all aspects of the Auto Department and help as needed
• Documentation review to ensure compliance
• Support Citizens Credit and Sales Department.
• Adhere to all Compliance policies

Job Requirements:

• The individual will need to possess computer skills along with some phone experience
• Environment is very fast paced and team oriented
• There are daily goals and deadlines to be me

Qualification & Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year customer service experience
