Job Responsibilities: Develop and apply innovative and effective sourcing techniques to generate a pool of suitable candidates based on a business requirement for highly sought-after critical skill sets. Gather relevant market intelligence in order to meet current and future resourcing needs Attract and engage with potential candidates by thoroughly understanding the relevant business unit requirements through close partnership with the recruiting line manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist Be an advocate for the Capitec EVP, Culture and Fundamentals Through initial candidate screenings, acquire relevant candidate information and clarify key areas of experience to match role suitability Shortlist and present applicants who meet the agreed job specifications In this role you will provide a specialist technology sourcing service for the purposes of talent acquisition, through a process of appropriate channel selection and/or creation, appropriate direct sourcing techniques, market research and lead generation, applicant screening and engagement: Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates Build a strong network of talent within the relevant sector to support Shared Services functions (Data/Credit/Finance) Job Requirements: 5+ years in a talent sourcing and acquisition environment Experience in working with a wide variety of candidate sourcing platforms Direct sourcing techniques and methods, specifically aimed at passive candidates with scarce and/or critical skill sets 3 – 5 years’ experience in: Working in a target driven environment Prior experience with working on SAP Success Factors Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational A relevant degree in Psychology or Industrial/Organisational Psychology Market Mapping and gathering marketing intelligence Telephonic screening techniques for the purpose of shortlisting or attracting candidates upholding an excellent candidate experience through effective response handling and timeous candidate feedback Job Details: Company: Capitec Bank Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Bellville, Western Cape, ZA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
