Job Description: The Facility COVID Professional Nurse primary responsibility is to support the implementation of roving facility-based mobilisation and delivery of vaccination services in various high volume, low vaccination uptake sites. Job Responsibilities: Administer COVID-19 vaccinations. Manage teams’ mobilisation activities Oversee the full process of vaccination from registration, vaccinations, post vaccination monitoring and patient access to education and follow up is completed as per norms. Ensure appropriate vaccine cold chain is maintained Team achievement of vaccination targets Ensure that appropriate IPC measures are appropriately implemented at the vaccination site (wearing of mask, sanitizing and social distancing). Ensure the tracking of tracing of clients at high risk for severe COVID-19 illness as per various TIER.Net, RfA lists, directories, booklets. Team Management Job Requirements: Familiarity with TIER.Net, ETR.Net and DHIS preferred Ability to diagnose and clinically manage HIV and TB infected adults and children Understanding the local political landscapes involved at Facility, Sub-district and District level Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
