Job Description:

Be responsible to keep record of own daily time utilisation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mobile phone applications to support our field technicians.
• Perform necessary software engineering changes to improve our current product range.
• Assist with the embedded software development for our new machines under development.
• Machine software applications running on our in vehicle display controller using Linux or WinCE.
• Desktop applications supporting the embedded control system of the Bell Machines.
• Take ownership and responsibility for the detailed software development which may include the following:
• Assist cross functional teams with software development assistance.

Job Requirements:

• A valid driver’s licence.
• Good understanding of software source control systems.
• Good communication skills & ability to interact with other engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Bell product range will be an added advantage.
• Good Technical analysis skills and ability to interpret and apply engineering principles to a practical and cost effective solution.
• 4 Year University Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering.
• Previous work experience at Bell Equipment will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio, C++Builder or Qt.
• The skill and ability to conceptualise ideas based on design philosophies and project guidelines.
• Applicants MUST have at least 2 years experience in developing C/C++ software applications.
• Software programming of Linux systems will be an added advantage.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Software programming of embedded systems will be an added advantage.
