Job Description:
The Customer Order Resolution Coordinator will be an essential member of the Operations and Inventory Control Teams responsible for the returns from customers. . He/she will be accountable for achieving these goals through the research and resolution of customer returns in a timely manner. Position will be responsible for managing and driving efficiencies within the Customer Returns area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent and timely communication with Operations and Inventory Control Managers
- Conducts investigations into Customer Order discrepancies
- Customer Order research and resolution including bin checks, GWPs and no cost replacement requests
- Ability to plan and prioritize, multi-tasking as necessary to meet customer demand in a fast-paced environment
- Trained in all areas: Returns, Cubiscan, VAS, etc.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop analytical tools to improve problem solving processes
- Other duties as assigned
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, with a can-do attitude
- Problem-solve with a customer service mindset maintaining Belk’s customer service standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Good interpersonal skills, effectively being able to communicate with other individuals
- Data entry experience in a Windows-based or AS/400 operating system
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and achieving success
- Shipping experience via 2nd party delivery (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- FC DC or retail inventory management experience with strong detail orientation
