Job Description:

Assistance to be given to the Motor Segment i.e. Following up on client queries, outstanding fitments, rebooking of fitments, generation of fitment certificates, reporting relevant to the Motor segment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide sales reporting
• Provide support by rebooking clients for fitment who have not fitted a unit as per the scheduled
• Follow up on leads received via systems integration, emails or telephonically
• Ensure that consultants are kept up to date with new leads and any challenges experienced
• Generate fitment certificates to clients / partners when required
• Assist with incoming calls from internal and external clients

Job Requirements:

• National Diploma in Marketing advantageous
• 2+ years Sales Administration experience
• Matric
