Job Responsibilities:

• You have an apprenticeship in (system) gastronomy or in retail or several years of professional experience in a management position.
• You have high standards of quality in the coffee house.
• You demonstrate communication skills and problem-solving actions.
• You have good knowledge of English.
• You are experienced in dealing with common software (MS Office) & systems
• You are ready to work flexibly in multi-shift work.

• With your team the economical & profitable operation of the coffee house.
• Establishing suitable structures & a working atmosphere that is characterized by enthusiasm, team spirit & enthusiasm.
• Conduct monthly business evaluations with your district manager.
• Implementation of general strategies in clear objectives & practical action plans.
• Recognize current trends in industry & economy as well as local effects on business figures.
• Controlling costs & ensuring profitability, increasing sales.
