Job Responsibilities: Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with amongst others our sales team to identify high potential partners and improve the experience from pitch to the first trip and beyond Tackle complex problems (e.g. restaurants not being visible in the app) either by finding a solution yourself or by raising issues within the organization. You make sure the problems of our top restaurant partners are prioritized and solved efficiently Establish relationships with a wide variety of (successful) restaurant owners Develop in-depth and extensive knowledge of the food delivery market, our product, and vision and act as an ambassador of Uber Eats’ mission, brand, and product Grow the delivery business of your own portfolio of restaurants through data analysis and implementing tactical plans. For example, you find opportunities to open new locations, initiate marketing campaigns, or improve the overall delivery experience to increase customer retention You will help to further refine and implement our strategy, being responsible for achieving and exceeding key priorities and targets Job Requirements: Analytical attitude: you are comfortable working with numbers to drive insights and are excellent at making data-driven decisions Excellent communication skills: you have outstanding listening and communication skills, both verbally and written. You are able to adjust your communication style to a wide variety of audiences Fluency in English Commercial proficiency: you have an extraordinary sense for spotting business opportunities and are able to transform these opportunities into actual results 0-1 yrs professional experience with bonus points for sales or account management experience You have extraordinary problem-solving skills and the ability to come to solutions independently Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
